When I first heard of Glamourbox, I thought "Finally!". It's like those memberships to those "beer of the month" clubs in the US, only with beauty products instead of beer and right here in the Philippines. Yay! I like trying new things and Glamourbox allows anyone to try 5 samples of beauty products every month. It's the perfect club for pinays to share their love for the newest products in the market.
What I love about this scheme is that they tailor make the selection of samples to suit your skincare needs. Glamourbox takes note of your complexion, your biggest hair problems, and many more - all to customize your box every month. And if you like any of the products you've tried, you can order regular sizes online. It really is all about finding the perfect set of beauty tools. They have 1 and 3- months subscription options which encourage first timers. I'm still debating whether to get the monthly or quarterly subscription but I'm definitely trying it out soon.

2. Repetto ballet flats
For more than half of my life, I danced ballet. I'd spend around 10-15 hours every week in my ballet school, Ecole de Ballet Manille. And I LOVED it. Love, actually. I miss it every now and then and wish I could just stop working and dance again. Sadly, it's not as easy as it sounds.
Once a dancer, always a dancer. So, how can I not love these ballerina flats from Repetto?! They're absolutely beautiful. Simple designs made of the best materials applying the same techniques as in making ballet shoes. They're to die for! These are my favorite designs.

The Ballerina Flora made of distressed goat skin and black patent leather (190 euros). Wearing this to work will at least compensate for the lack of dancing in my life now.
The Ballerina Cendrillon made of metallic goatskin suede in Pepper (185 euros).
The Ballerina Cendrillon made of patent leather in Flammy Red (175 euros). The Cendrillon has a leather sole, similar to ballet shoes making them just as flexible.
Repetto is located at Greenbelt 3, Makati. Going in their shop was heartbreaking. Made me miss ballet even more! A must visit for ex-dancers like me. Haha!
