Oh hello there

For friends and family who love vintage items, those with retro-inspired homes, and collectors who want to own something from the 1973 NY Museum of Modern Art Collection, the ScandiPhone is the perfect gift to give to them.

Isn't it so adorable? It comes in green, black, and white. I personally like the green one the most. It has a switch to turn off the ringer, keep it at "soft", or switch it to "loud". It features push-button dialing and has a redial button. In this age of cellphones and tablets, calling with the ScandiPhone reminds people of "the good ol' days".

All colors are available at Zalora for P3,250It comes in a box, which makes it real easy to wrap.

To keep with the retro theme, I'd chose wrapping paper with familiar 1950's/60's patterns

If you're giving the gift this Christmas, here are some ideas of retro holiday wrapping. Look out for patterns similar to these at National Bookstore, arts and crafts stores, and even weekend bazaars. I saw quite a few wrapping products being sold last weekend at the Zonta Alabang Christmas Carnivale Bazaar in Filinvest Tent.

A Cup of Joe

I'm not a coffee drinker myself. I enjoy a cup of hot Peppermint Mocha once in a while but I don't drink coffee on a day-to-day basis. I do know a lot of people who start the day with coffee and the Bodum Travel Press Coffee Maker is a nice gift to give to them.

via Zalora

It's a 15 oz cup made up of rubber, plastic, silicone and stainless steel, and it comes in 9 colors: orange, yellow, green, red, blue, purple, pink, black, and grey. For 2,200 pesos, you get the travel press coffee maker and an extra lid. It is the perfect gift for coffee drinkers who are always on-the-go

via Bodum

It's the easiest and fastest way to make a cup of great coffee. It sure beats waiting in line at Starbucks or CBTL! You can purchase the Bodum Travel Press from Zalora here
